Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

We do not price match or offer post-purchase adjustments. If you would like to know about upcoming sales or the newest offers, subscribe to our newsletter.

How can I write a product review?

You can write a product review directly on a product page, and you can share your thoughts on our products on social media with the #veryfinnishproblems hashtag.

How do I know my size?

You can find a detailed sizing guide here. Remember that all the clothes sizes can vary from 1 to 3 cm.

 

Returns/Refunds

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

We only accept returns for products damaged in delivery, or if you have been delivered the wrong product. We do not refund products missing in delivery if they have arrived in the destination country. Your item must be unused, and in the same condition it was received to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return a sale item?

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

I want to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the original buyer.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your order for a like-for-like item, email joel@veryfinnishproblems.com and send your original item to:

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

We will send you a notification email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the decision regarding your refund.

If your refund request is approved, payment and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

How long does it take you to process an order before dispatch?

Normally, all orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment partner has facilities in Latvia, Spain, USA and Australia. The Covid pandemic has adversely affected shipping times from the US. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery. We will contact you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order. 

To where do you ship?

For now, we ship everywhere but Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated time of delivery depends on the delivery type you choose:
Economy: 5-10 business days
Flat rate: 5-20 business days
Express: 1-3 business days 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. It depends on the measures and weight of the order, but here are the estimated prices for flat rate shipping.

 How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that tracking may not be available for economy or flat rate shipping methods.
