Our products are custom-made and specifically tailored to each order. Due to their bespoke nature, they are exempt from standard return and exchange policies. Consequently, please review your order carefully before purchase, as we can only accept returns in cases of product defects or if the wrong product has been sent. If your product fulfils these criteria, your item must be unused, and in the same condition it was received to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned, unless they are defective or you have been sent the wrong item. 

We're sorry to hear about this issue! Please follow these steps: First, check the tracking details provided to see the current status of your package. If it shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office. If the package is still in transit or there's no update, contact us with your order details. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help every step of the way.

Yes, you can exchange your defective or damaged products for the same item. If you'd like to exchange your order for a like-for-like item, email joel@veryfinnishproblems.com and send your original item to:

We will send you a notification email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the decision regarding your refund.

If your refund request is approved, payment and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Normally, all orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our fulfilment  partner has facilities in Latvia, Spain, the USA and Australia. On the very rare occasions a product can not be shipped from the nearest country, the product may be shipped from a fulfilment site in another country. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery after 11th December.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery.

For now, we ship everywhere but Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

Estimated time of delivery depends on the delivery type you choose:

Economy: 5-10 business days

Flat rate: 5-20 business days

Express: 1-3 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. It depends on the measures and weight of the order, but here are the estimated prices for flat rate shipping.
